How it works

From registration to course access

1. RegisterSelect the course and verify your email.
2. Submit IDUpload a government-issued photo ID.
3. ApprovalAllow up to 48 hours for review.
4. PayComplete the secure Stripe payment.
5. StartPresent the ID again by live camera.

Become a process server

Initial certification generally includes an approved course, a JBCC application and fee, and fingerprinting after JBCC supplies its instructions and service code.

Official initial-certification requirements

Coming laterWe do not currently offer initial certification training.

Maintain certification

Follow current JBCC renewal and continuing-education requirements. People already fingerprinted for JBCC generally do not repeat fingerprinting at renewal, but renewal criminal-history requirements still apply.
